Refund policy

Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days when fewer than 20 credits have been consumed during the paid period.

Failed generation tasks should return credits through the credit ledger. Credit packs are refundable only when unused.

Abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy-violating generation attempts can make an account ineligible for refunds.
